From the beginning of inquiry to the completion of each task (air con servicing), we follow the simple procedures as follows:
- During inquiry, we will gather what service you require and the services we can provide.
- Once service or problem is known/identified, we will advise on the solutions.
- If we are unable to clearly identify the problem from your descriptions then we will send a technician to site at your convenient time to check the equipment and report to you the problem and solution. *For on site inspection and report, our fee is HKD$650.00 (which will be deducted from job cost if you proceed with our service).
- If the technician has the required tools & parts then he will complete the repair/service when time is allowed. Otherwise he will contact our office and make a new appointment to return and complete the repair.
- If we are required to clean and service air con then we will use protective covers to isolate the job to prevent any damage to your floor or furnishings.
- At the end of the service/repair we will provide a report.
Normally, from phone inquiry to service call it will take a maximum of two (2) working days unless it is an urgent case.We also suggest that all equipments to be checked and cleaned every twelve (12) months to improve the lifespan of the products and to give optimum efficiency to you.
Regular cleaning and maintenance assure optimal performance and lower costs.
